Can I Get A Witness?

I John the Baptist witnessed the Spirit of God descending from heaven and resting upon Jesus Christ. And I further attest to the fact that this Jesus is the Son of God. Therefore behold the Lamb of God which taketh away the sins of the world. Today is the day that the Lord has made for you and I and yes we shall rejoice and be glad of it. But what about a witness this day? What about this scripture. If that same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in us; will it not make us alive this day for such a witness? Someone you will cross paths with today is looking, hoping, and perhaps even dying just to see if Jesus is for real. If he really hears the cry of hurting. If he really feels the pain of loss. If he really cares about someone so insignificant. If he really sees the jam I’m in. Jesus said I have given you the light; therefore you have the light of the world within. Jesus said behold the kingdom of God is within you. Jesus said behold, I have given you all things that pertain to life and godliness. Jesus said I have given you the tongue of the learned to speak a word in season to them that are in trouble. Jesus said I have blessed you so that out of the goodness of that blessing you can bless others. Jesus said go and be a witness as to what the Spirit of the Living God can be in a vessel whose willing to witness. This Day.

It’s Time To See The Glory of God

Jesus stands in front of the grave of his best friend Lazarus. His body has been in the tomb four days and quickly decomposing. His sisters Martha and Mary are on the verge of physical and mental collapse. Mary falls to her knees at the feet of Jesus weeping uncontrollable as she uttered the words; if you’d only been here. Then Jesus showed the whole world that he was a hundred percent man and God and began to cry with Lazarus, sisters. We don’t know how long he cried. We don’t know if he stood or fell to his knees in deep weeping. We simple read the words; Jesus wept. But what we do know that after the weeping Jesus stood strong and said now!!! It is time to show the glory of God. He commanded the stone to be rolled away from the tomb. He thanked God openly for the miracle that was about to take place. Then he spoke the words which severed the very chains of death; Lazarus come forth!!!! Immediately the bandage wrapped dead body sat up, stood up, and the final command was given. Now loose him and let him go. You see there was a time of loss. There was a time of sorrow. But now it was time to see the very glory of God. Now it’s time for you to hear the words of the Son of God for yourself and your situation. It’s time to quit listening and believing that life is over and you have failed again. It’s time to yourself as a child of the King. Now sit up, stand up, and be loosed from the grave clothes of bondage and sorrow. It’s time to go!!!!

The Enemy Is Too Strong For You

Often time we under estimate the strength of our enemy. Especially the enemy of our fleshly desires. We think just because we haven’t had an issue with a particular weakness or struggle with our flesh; we have somehow overcome it. Time, practice, strength and our will doesn’t defeat the desires of the flesh. It only enables the flesh to cause us to trust in ourselves and distracts us from calling on God for our help and deliverance. King David said it this way. You oh God are my deliverer. My trust, hope, and strength is in you and you along. King David knew that; in his own power he could not defeat the physical and spiritual enemies that were stronger than he. King David said, You oh God came from above and took me and drew me out of many waters of death. Perhaps today you are exhausted mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Herein is God’s wisdom for the battle that is relentless and overwhelming. The Enemy Is Too Strong For You. Now let go and let God. Step back so God can step up. Release what is in your own strength so God can release what is in his strength. If demons still tremble at his name how much so will they tremble at his presence. For I called upon the Lord God and he answered me. He came down from his holy throne; and with the blast of his nostrils all my enemies were consumed in a moment. For you see.

The Creator will forever be over the creation.

I Need Jesus

I need Jesus everyday; but especially today. I need his love so that I may know how to love others this day. I need his patience so that I can be endure until the breakthrough this day. I need his wisdom so that I can make right and timely decisions throughout my day. I need theHoly Spirit so that I may lead others as I am guided this day. I need his mercy so that I in turn will know how to show mercy this day. I need his grace and favor so that I may freely pass it on as it was freely given to me this day. I need his word to hid deep in my heart so that I may not sin against him this day. I need his character so the the world may marvel at the honest integrity that not of this world. I need his name so that I may put to flight the unseen forces of the enemy this day. I need Jesus. This Day. How about you?

The Light of God Must Be Seen

For the people that walk in darkness have seen a great light. And they that live in the land of the shadow of death; this light has shined upon them.
To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide there feet into the way of peace. This light of God’s glory, peace, hope and love must be seen. There are people just like you and I dying in the darkness of there soul because God’s light has been kept from them. There are kids just like our own that live in the land of the shadow of death because God’s light either hasn’t been presented to them or we have just given up or ignored them. You will run into these people today. You will see the hopelessness in there eyes and hear it in there words. You will either contribute to there darkness today or shine the light of the glory of God upon them. Right about now your asking me how do I do this? Be the Lamb of God to someone today with your words. Be less focused on you and more focused on seeing and hearing there cry; there need. The light of God must be seen today. For if it is hid; it is hid by those who are dying in the land of the shadow of death. Today.

“Free Indeed”

Jesus told the Jew that if they continue to abide in his words they shall be his disciples. For by listening, trusting and obeying his words they would always know the truth that would set them free daily. For whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Lies have no power when you know the truth of the matter. Confusion, doubt, and disbelief all have to bow when the Spirit of truth has presented himself. The captivity of imagination loses it’s grip when God’s truth floods the heart and mind of his creation. For he has not given you the spirit of fear; but of power, love and a sound mind. For he has given you the tongue of the learned so that you may speak a word in season to them that are confused and weary. For blessed is the man and woman whose trust is in the Lord. For he or she that the Son has set free is “free indeed.”

ONLY GOD BY HIS SPIRIT

Only God by his Spirit can turn the twisted heart of man. Only God by his Spirit can cause a heart of stone to become a heart of flesh where he can begin to mold it into his heart of compassion. Only God by his Spirit can cause even your enemies to be peaceful towards you. Only God by his Spirit can speak the word; peace be still to the raging storm within you. Only God by his Spirit can cause you to see the unseen and hear those things not yet spoken. Only God by his Spirit can violently shake the spirit realm while holding his sleeping child in his hand. Only God by his Spirit can resurrect faith, hope, and love that has been dead for such a long time. Only God by his Spirit can move the unmovable, do the impossible, and change the unchangeable. IT’S TIME!!!

As I was in sweet communion and prayer this morning with my God; his Holy Spirit spoke two profound words to my spirit. “IT’S TIME.” It’s time to take back that which you have given up. It’s time to take back that which has been taken from you. The time for surviving is over and now it is time to start living in the abundance of what God has purchased for you through the crucifixion and resurrection of his only son, Jesus Christ our savior. It’s time to take back our families. It’s time to rebuild our relationship with our spouse and children. It’s time for prayer and the reading of God’s Holy Word now; more than ever. It’s time to stop doing things our way and make a decision today to follow Yahweh. It’s time to stop guessing God’s will for your life and start living it through the power of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit of God. It’s time to forgive yourself. It’s time to forgive others. It’s time to be healed. It’s time to seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteous. It’s time hid God’s word in your heart so that you may not sin against him this day. It’s time to be set free. It’s time to be delivered. It’s time to stop thirsting for God and start drinking from him. It’s time for God’s peace to flood your heart, soul, and mind. It’s time to lay your head against God’s chest and hear his heartbeat for you. It’s time to trust God. It’s time for God’s faith, hope and love to rise up within us. It’s time; for his time to be your time. Even Now.

The Enemy Within

As I sit here meditating upon what the Spirit of God is teaching me I realize I’m not a bad guy; but I could be. I’d like to think I’m not a violent guy but again I have and could be again. I’m not prone to gossip but given the opportunity to speak my mind about someone or something I dislike would probably cause me to do so. Paul says it this way; when I would do that which I know not to do it is no longer I that do it but my sin that reigns in and over me to do so. You see we all an enemy within that desires to kill, steal and destroy ever relationship and everything good in our lives. And all too often he doesn’t have to work that hard at it because we allow the enemy within to plant lies in our mind which travels to our heart and then we act upon them. We speak the words of the enemy into existence. We allow the manufacture of hate, anger, revenge, fear, malice and division to be our only product for hours and days on end. But today we shall have our victory. Today the enemy within shall not have his way; he shall not be loosed within my mind, heart, words or actions. For I take authority over that which is within. Today I crucify the enemy within and live in the resurrection of who and what I am as a man of God. I speak and pray this over you today, also. In The Name of Jesus. Amen.
